It’s an effort by scientists as part of a £1.5 billion scheme to redevelop the London Docklands. Living colonies from the Indian and Pacific oceans are to be installed in an £85m aquarium in London. After the project is complete you will get to see four contrasting ecosystems: the Amazon, the British Isles, the Atlantic and the Indo-Pacific.

The reef, which has been growing at London Zoo’s own aquarium for the past 18 months, is expected to fill a glass tank 9ft high by 24ft long and will be the showpiece of the Indo-Pacific exhibit . It is expected to be complete by 2009. A lot of coral used was being smuggled into the country and was confiscated by authorities. The massive Aquarium will be a complete wow place tosee different ‘biomes ‘ in one spot.
